Delete your account
When you delete your account:
- These go, for good: your name, email address, telephone number, town, church, skills and what you wrote about yourself; the office's notes about you; paperwork such as a background check; any offer still waiting for an answer; training you were booked on; the notification settings for your phones; and the contents of every email this site sent you.
- These are kept: the forms you signed (a release of liability is a legal record, and it protects you as much as the ministry), and the plain fact of the jobs you did, so the ministry's numbers still add up. They are filed under "Deleted account", and nobody can sign in to it.
- Your messages with families stay in those conversations, under "Deleted account".
It cannot be undone. If you only want a break, you can untick the emails and texts on your profile instead, or ask us to put the account on hold.
Sign in first. Deleting is done from your own
account, so nobody can delete it for you by mistake.
and you will come straight back here. You can also do it from the
app: Profile, then Delete my account.
Cannot get in? Email help@projectomm.org
from the address on the account, or ring (423) 292-1922, and we
will delete it for you within a week.
